Fashion Model

Long time has passed since I was able to work on a personal project. With this Fashion Model image I tried to do a shot that could fit in a fashion advertising.

I used max for the low poly modeling and rendering, Zbrush for high-poly modeling, photoshop to create the textures and Hair-Farm to do the hair.

Hope you like it!

Thanks a lot for the comments, I’m happy you liked it!

sculptor.zb -> Here you have the settings of the skin shader. The difuse skin texture goes to the Overall diffuse channel, and then the Unscattered, Epidermal and Subdermal are versions of that texture tinted with colors symilar to the ones you can see in the color boxes. I also have a bump map, and a specular map that is used in the Overall specular Weight, Reflection Weight and Reflection Edge Weight. The maps in the specular color channels are bluish noises.

LeoAMD -> I used photoshop to compose all the layers, but all the hair was done with Hair-Farm, including the arms one.

folk3n, Moni-Poroni -> You are right, I did her using Adriana as reference. I’m glad you recognized her

oneigekko, INFINITE -> Haha, good try, but she will be keeping her bikini, I’m sorry :stuck_out_tongue:

JarlanPerez -> Here’s a fast screenshot I did to show the light setup.
1, 2, 3 have yellow-orange colors, high intensity (2 - 3.5) and a very whide disc area radius (arround 100), so I was getting a nice and huge rim effect.
4, 5, 6 and 7 have yellow to blue colors and a much lower intensity (0.3-0.5)
9 it’s a small omni to light a little bit more the shoulder zone, as it was a bit too dark.
Finally, 8 is a skylight with and hdri image on it and a low intesity, to finish adding a bit more light and variation to the image.

That is wonderful! But that awesome render and super stylization deserves better hair…! Hair-farm can be cool for bushy hair, but a lot of the time the fine straight output looks like Poser or “alpha-channel” hair, if you know what I mean. Not very realistic. Use Modo for the very best, most realistic hair. (Pricey though).

But I bow before you in the sculpting ability, that is awesome! :+1: :+1:
