Faris

a sneak peak of the cinematic character I have been working on, this is my come back to 3D after a year and half was wasted in the army, now I’m trying to push my limits a little bit and achieve some realism, I will publish the full character soon, stay tuned.
done using 3Ds Max Zbrush Mari Photoshop Vray

Hi mate, awesome job. I hope it comes in top row  I liked ur lady model also but u hav showed an immense improvement in realism in this portrait. Vray rocks as always

Btw can u share the alphas u used for the face? I think you hav got them pretty perfect as per real face pores point of view. Keep up the great work.

Thanks so much everyone for the support
@Parag I actually didn’t use something special, its just some dots sprayed in some direction, I’m trying to find it but I can’t remember where it is, I will try to have time and make a breakdown of the whole process soon

nice

Thanks so much guys

Fantastic model and render =O Awesome

awesome work! gorgeous details!

congrats

Fantastic job, very good

The only things that stand out to me are the facial hair and the lack of asymmetrical skin blemishes on the neck.
The blemishes on his face also are really subtle, but maybe that’s just the type of character you’re creating.
As for the facial hair… I dunno. Maybe it’s just a lack of shadows? Maybe the hairs need a different shader?

In any event, the model looks awesome. If it’s meant to be used in a cinematic, minor details like I pointed out probably won’t even register.
