Extract 3d layer's content to a texture

I have modeled different features to different layers so I have ‘hair layer’, ‘eyebrows layer’, ‘beard layer’…
but now I am in texture painting phase and I would like to somehow extract, for example, only eyebrows to a mask or grayscale image, and fill it with hair color.
I did try to make displacement map, once with, once without eyebrows layer ON, and make difference map in photoshop but results are not usable.
Do you have a better idea?

If anyone is interested in solution…

I exported the one with hair to obj. Level 7 obj had 1GB
I did the same with the object without hair

In XNormal I loaded model without hair as low poly
then I loaded model with hair as high poly

I executed the command to calculate the difference map and got grayscale image where white was the area with hair.
I used that afterwards in photoshop to fill it in with hair color.
