Exporting Texture to Photoship 16

Somehow I always find the one thing that wont work. Hoping its my method. I created and cloned a texture and hit export. I open in photoshop 16 and its black though I can see the icon if i unlock and copy it in the layers area. If i open the same image in CS6 it opens fine.

Why not just work on the image in CS6?

guess i’ll have too. Some incredible new features since CS6.

I won’t participate in Creative Cloud, so I can’t say why there might be an export problem with whatever the newest Photoshop is. Assuming you’re using up to date Zbrush, If you can replicate it across different files and are certain you’re saving in the correct format, you should report the issue to Pixologic Support if you’d like it addressed.

In the meantime, though not ideal, just open it in PS6 and re-save it out of there for the newer Pshop. It should fix any compatibility issue.
