Exporting displacement, normal map from HD?

Please help!
How do I export displacement or normal map from HD geometry?
I have swept all the zbrush palettes and can’t seem to find anything regarding that.
Is the HD data included in the displacement by itself, as long as the mesh contains Hd subdivisions or is there a procedure we have to follow to export HD data??

ps:zbrush 3.5r2 is awesome, still getting used to it, but it kicks ass!:smiley:

HD map generation should be automatic from the Normal Map and Displacement Map subtabs of the tools pallet, though to generate a polypaint texture containing the HD paint, you need to be on the highest level of your model.

I had that thought, but was not absolutely sure.

I’m on a Mac, so I’ve to wait until 3.5 is released, but I’m very curious to know how that HD displacement/map generation works.

I mean, you are still getting a single displacement map for a tool, which contains all the sculpting done in the tool itself and HD areas, if any. Right ?
