Export MDD file fails

Hi, well I´m trying to export a MDD file from an animation in the timeline of zbrush from a layer, but when i hit the button exportname and save the file and click crtl+shift+leftbutton in the cursor timeline it get stuck and do nothing what I´m doing wrong o how I can do to export a MDD file from Zbrush in other way, Thanks.

This is a screen save when recording the animation in timeline get stuck .

Have you got your Layer animation to play at all? You need to have keyframes set for the camera track as well as the Layer track.
