Hey Yael, these latest pieces are looking very good. I really like the abstract shapes and compositions you’re making (and the weird but wonderful color palette). Sweet presentation too on Zenkie and Cosmos (typo error in Zenkie:adaptive instead of adpative).
I can only point out one thing you could change; I probably mentioned this before, but I hope you’ll find the time to study human and animal anatomy some more: the humans in Kisspace look too generic right now and don’t seem to integrate with the overall composition of the piece very well. The adaptive skin version of the aliens in Cosmos, Loveboxer and Zenkie feel a bit “superficial” like you worked a bit on the adaptive skin without thinking about underlying bone structure-anatomy-clothing-armour. I don’t understand how that can be because I think the ZSketches of the aliens/creatures (Pulbo, Cosmos, Unifyspace and Zenkie) are very well structured. You understand and feel abstract line and shape composition very well - try to discover the same flow of shapes in human and animal anatomy (see my Anatomy Ref sheets on the human body in my Etcher Sketcher thread for some pointers that’ll get you started) and I think your images will come out even stronger.
I hope I could be of some help, if not, don’t hesitate to ask.
(tu peux m’écrire en Francais si tu veux -je comprends le Francais trés bien- désormais, mes réponses seront en Anglais - transl: you can write me in French- I understand French very well, nevertheless, my replies will be in English)
As always, looking forward to seeing more of your experiments.
