Hello,
Here is my latest work based on my initial sketch that I did in 2014. The high poly is done in ZBrush, low poly is in Maya. Texturing is done in ZBrush and then refined in Photoshop. The images are rendered in Marmoset Toolbag. Hope you’ll like it!

Viewed this some time ago. Just wanted to let you know, I really like the skin tones, and over all sculpt. Marmoset Toolbag seems to be a really cool rendering engine for this type of style of work. Great job!
