This was also done for a film poject.This was a test to make sure that we could get goodmorp shapes with Zbrush using Dismaps.

I love what I see, nice use of Zbrush. What I am a little confused is what is the reason the base mesh has to be so dense. When you make something that dense you underutilize Zbrush and the ease it gives to the artist.
You don’t need so much detail in the base mesh to get the final output you arrived at.
Also do you have any of anthony’s sketches from the design.

I don’t have too many images of the executioner character.But here is a a really old screen grab of some basic zbrush sketching to lay out the general feel of the character.

Anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on how much refrence I’m provided with.
