I have been working on a project for several weeks now and i cant open it. i have not had a problem the whole time i was working on it but i put the finishing touches on it the other day and saved it. when i tried to open it yesterday so i can take photos of it i got an error message. the project is big, its over 70 mill polys and the file size is 2.5 gb. i thought that might be a problem since i made it on my surface pro tablet so i opened it on my desktop which is an i5 dell quadcore with 8 gb ram and i still get the error message. there are two error messages, the first says ‘file error - error has been encountered while trying to load a tool. loading has been aborted’ and the second error message says `file error - error has been encountered while trying to load the file. loading has been aborted.’
You might be able to open it (if you had been saving the undo history, they can get too big). Disable loading of the history from file in ZBrush before you try to load it. Good luck and HTH.

Sorry. Good practice to save back-up files in case something goes wrong such as this. If you saved out your tools while making the scene you can rebuild it, preferably so it’s a ‘more manageable size’…
