I have a Zbrush Mac license and I’m getting this internal error /Zdev/Fdev/sources/Ilist.cpp Line:162
when I’m opening my model anyone out there have any Idea how thats can be fixed this???3

Are you using ZB 4R7 P3?
Zbrush 4r7, on a mac pro so here it is an image
of the error and when I click on cancel closes the program.
