Hi there
i constantly receive this error in zbrush 4 and then i have to close the program … what is it and what’s the solution ? thanks

I’ve not seen this error before. I suggest you submit a ticket at Pixologic Support .

Could you please provide step-by-step instructions to duplicate the issue? Our team needs that in order to be able to troubleshoot the problem.

thanks for ur attention …actually i really dont kno what’s the cause of this error … I open zbrush and start sculpting , i do only normal things like choosing brushes with my number keys (i saved brushes on number keys) and some sculpting,after a while , DING this error comes on the screen and if u ok it , it comes again and again and again till u close the program . fortunately u can save ur works between the errors … and something else i have this zbrush on 2 pc’s. it happens only on my home’s pc … maybe its my system
