Wanted to start sharing some personal work from 2013 so far. I began working in ZBrush late last year and taking courses with ZBrushWorkshops. My intent is to stay accountable and post regularly. Still so much to learn. 
*The first Acrocanthosaurus pose is more of a defensive recoil and is only half of a full rendered piece currently in progress which will feature another Styracosaurus charging.

Styracosaurus paint and pose. Had a lot of fun studying skeletal arrangements of this beastie, used anatomy reference from one of my favorite Paleontological artists.

Spent a few weeks working out this bug concept. Creepy long arms and that empty gaze seemed to help me “find” the creature.

Here is another new bust I worked up yesterday, a tribute to Jordu Schell’s design.
Happy Hobbit day everyone! It was a long and glorious night catching the midnight premiere of The Desolation of Smaug and I just barely finished this Lord of the Rings Goblin bust before leaving. I intend to add much more later, accessories and additional (more polished) armor.
Trying to leave no sculpt behind. Revisited this Otachi kaiju from a few months back and whipped up a quick paint and render this morning.
Collection of 2013 work. It’s been a long time since I could comfortably admit personal progress. Educational and exhausting year…eduxhaustive! I enjoyed throwing this together to reflect back on the year. So much to improve upon in 2014. Excited to see everyone’s work in the coming year!
