Thank you for posting.

What I like are the subtle differences, things like this one coming close to Italian Renaissance whilst the previous renders with those facets are more experimental. I like both.
But what I like most is that you manage to add emotion to the natural coldness of digital art. And that is rare.

Congrats!

I always stand in awe to your thread… Everything seems top row material to me, I love your work ! :+1:

Fantastic work! Could you please do a quick screen cap mini tutorial on how you properly set up UV maps for applying the knit pattern on that shirt in Noisemaker? I’m having some issues finding the correct settings. Sometimes I get it and my alpha stretches wildly at the sides of my models etc. I am having some issues applying correct textures that can be 3d printed such as weave patterns on shirts, clothing patterns on pants, jackets etc. Any tips and techniques are greatly appreciated!

JohnCleary - Hey John, I dont really know what can I advise you because there is nothing special in preparing UV for use in Zbrush just a regular uv layout in any DCC application, no stretching and good placement for seams (as hided as possible). Probably youve got wrong result in ZBrush because your UV is compresses or stretched, try to get more even relaxed uv layoout. Cheers

Cool

Really great work, they look so real! I’m just wondering, what program do you use for the hair? Do you use fibermesh or something else? What kind of workflow do you have and what render engine?

Thanks in advance!

Whoa, very realistic. Awesome work!

Ludwaar - Thank you! Hair was done in Maya with Xgen and rendered with Arnold.

Here’s small part of in-game characters I made for Assassin’s Creed Origins. It was an honor and a lot of fun to be a part of that amazing project and to work in a team of talented artists. I miss them so much.
