Environment Modeling/Detailing Help

Hey,
I am an environment modeler in 3ds max, and just started learning Zbrush, and I was wondering if there are any tutorials of tips on how to maybe detail some environments like walls and pillars, I was thinking like cracks, or destructed buildings ( pieces missing or crumbled off ) If anyone has tips or tutorials on how to approach this please show/tell me thanks! :smiley:
