Hi everyone! here is the result of some hours of work i should continue by texturing but its late i’ll continue maybe tomorrow!

Hi Pooop, I like this character, the deisgn is well thoughtout and really ‘fun’ - aspacially how you’ve modelled the nose.
In terms of a critique, the element of the model that stands-out most for me is the mouth. You have the curviture and placement right but the volume and the orientation of the lips as they move outwards from the centre line and meet the cheecks is firstly incorrect and secondly out-of-style with the rest of your character(Model has realisitic features and mouth is toon-like). Another element that you’ve neglected as it concerns the mouth is the volume of skin deposted at the edge of the mouth, when it is in a relaxed state - and aspacially important in desribing a characters smile.
Something to think about if you decide to make any changes: while I was writing this post I checked some of the classic humanoid characters created by the Disney company - Micky Mouse - Poo(p :D) Bear - its seems they forgoe lips altogether but maintain the volume of skin I mentioned and its effects on the characters smile.

Really nice, did you start with a sphere or a ZSphere group? edgeloops? Maybe the brow is a bit too bumpy over the eyes… and if you continue the neck it should be a bit thinner IMHO

Hi again! Thanks alot Kircho for the crits! i’ll try to change the mouth and make it match with the character style u’ll tell me if i did it right i’ll post an update!
ludikastyle i started from Zspheres and created an adaptive skin, created the head then with zspheres i created the teeths and used multimarker for assembling the head with the theeth. i also created a zscript showing the whole modeling sequence but when i load the zscript it just writes weird things in the lower panel… if u want i can post it but don’t know if anyone can fix it.
here is the little update just tell me if its better and of course all crits welcome!
Well don’t know but I think that this bumpyness i show below is the one that doesn’t look so natural… the horizontal lines i think they’re alright,
the mouth by the way looks much better now.

Like this one, it has quite exaggerated features! only thing I don’t like is that line under the nose.
Anyway you’re doing good, the man , sorry elf is getting his own character and mood.
(by the way, I’m not totally sure about the words i use in english… )
