In the depths of the unconscious, fear and protection often exist as two sides of the same force. The sleeping dragon embodies this hidden realm a presence that remains dormant yet ever-watchful, much like the unconscious itself. Many have yet to confront this inner space, but it lingers beneath the surface, shaping thoughts, emotions, and instincts in silence.
With Elegy of the Wyrm, I set out to explore this tension a reflection of vulnerability and strength intertwined. The dragon is not just a symbol of fear but also a silent guardian, representing the unknown forces within us that can both protect and intimidate.
This personal project was a journey into raw creativity and expression, aiming to capture that delicate balance.
