I accidentally Hit the Edit button while modifying a 3d object. This made it so I was unable to rotate or edit the object, only paint many smaller instances of the object. i did not want this to happen. However, I can’t re-enter Edit Mode. It doesnt work. Hitting undo just makes my entire object dissapear. This is problematic because I don’t have a save for the last 30 mins or so of work. I know there has to be a way to undo this, it would be rediculous to assume that an irreversable thing such as this could be doable without some sort of prompt or warning.
Thanks for your time.
The model isn’t lost. It’s still in the Tool palette (until you end your session). Simply clear the canvas to remove the pixols from there, then draw the model on it again. Immediately after drawing it, press T to enter edit mode again and continue your work.
