I can’t get consistent color from my brush strokes. There are these weird edges around them. Why is this happening?

it looks like 2 materials conflicting…but I could be wrong.
There’s only one material
i’ve seen this happen when the rgb intensity is set very low, mostly on the standard brush, not sure if it happens with other brushes.
