Edges and Faces not connected?!?

Hi all I am having issues with GoZing objects to zBrush, The edges and the faces aren’t welded together so when I go to sculpt im pulling the model apart, if I click “Divide” the edges pull apart, any ideas? I am GoZ’ing from Cinema 4D.

To check to see if it is your model causing the problem or if it’s GoZ. Export your model out of Cinema 4D as a wavefront object then import that obj. into ZBrush and see if it does the same thing. If it does then it means that you have unwelded vertices that need to be welded. If it doesn’t seperate, then GoZ is the culprit.

Hey Phil,

Looks like you converted a parametric cylinder to a polygon object. If that’s the case, running the “optimize” command before you Goz out of Cinema and the cylinder caps will all be welded in one go.
