EdgeLoop: Where are the Inner and OuterRegroup buttons? [Answered]

Hello,

Expand the Geometry > EdgeLoop palette, hold down Ctrl and hover over the EdgeLoop button. On the popup help, the last paragraph says: “Depending on the settings of the Inner Regroup and Outer Regroup buttons…”

Where are these buttons? I can’t find them anywhere.

That pop-up information is out of date. Those buttons are no longer available but are not necessary. When creating an edgeloop the loop is given a new polygroup. You can quickly incorporate it into whichever other polygroup you want by using the options in the Tool>Polygroups sub-palette.

Well, if you looked at the online and the PDF docs (pffff…) then it shouldn’t be a surprise.

BTW, you have a very sensitive hearing… :lol:
