Edge Render Artifacts Problem.

hello fellow zbrushers and pixologic! i have an issue that i’m hoping someone can help me with. quite often while rendering with bpr i get a thin edge of pixels on the rim of my subtools. this isn’t due to the direction of lighting as it occurs in different lighting scenarios. i’ve tried upping my bpr render quality as well as the resolution of my document. anybody else having this trouble and what can be done about it? see attached for example.

or perhaps there’s another thread i can be referred to for this? i’m also getting these on subtools that can’t even be touched by a lightsource, as though it’s passing through other subtools and lighting the edges of subtools that should be blocked from the light…
