Edge Loops - WTF

Will someone kindly explain to me how to avoid / fix this type of
Zsphere> PM3D> EdgeLoops?

Are you creating the group at the lowest subdivision level?

Lowest sub D level = YES.

Also checked Masking> Clear to make sure only the Visible polys were selected.

ZB4 crashed before the mesh was saved. so I am starting over, and so far the edgeloop is working as expected.

I know I’m not the only one who runs into these kinds of situations, so I just like to see if there are ways to fix it before having to resort to starting over.
