If that’s your end result, then it seems clear to me that the DVD would be a nice investment. I have some of the UDK DVDs and overall, I’m pleased with the material Eat3D puts out.
Great head and face! I will definitely have to check out the DVD.
Would love to see the model without the shaders.
I think the zbrush screens give a better sense of his age. Somehow in the render his eye area looks young in comparion to the rest. Great model nonetheless and I’m looking forward to see how you do the skin shader
yeah! i looking for a long time for this kind of tutorial!
i have buy you dvd now, and hope i have a lot of fun with them
so cool !!! I need to buy the dvd !!!
Impressive !
Great modelling and texturing! This thread deserve to be in the top row!
very nice render, I’ve just bought your tutorial, I missed tutorials about shading and lighting characters, thanks for that, looking forward learning new stuff
Thanks alot for the model shots. Too bad this video is for rendering a portarit in Maya and Mental Ray only. I would have really loved a video focused on the sculpting process.

Hey guys,
Here’s a quick test render using BPR and a little Photoshop.
superb work Tony!
Excellent portrait!!!
great sculpting and great renders. The BPR is excellent too, unbelievable.
As they use to say these days, a top row work.
would you like to share more details of your rendre in zbrush, please :o
good job i like the render!
Awesome Tony! Great Render so much life in nearly lifeless individual.
Rikki: You think we might get something like this for 3DS Max in the near future?
Awesome stuff Tony, your mix of art talent and technical skill is freakish. I expect this to be top row tomorrow. Can’t wait to see what you do next, sounds like a lot of people want a sculpting dvd from you.
