easiest way to rotate a eyeball inside a socket??

im trying to figure out the best way to rotate the eyeballs in my models. i want to rotate them while staying inside the socket …in a fixed axis …where the sphere stays in the same place but iam able to rotate it. im having no luck with the transpose brush/tool …even after turning off symmetry …i figure that there has got to be a easier way.

…kinda like a sphere with a fixed axis in the center of it …you know how old mice had the ball under that would rotate in a fixed position.

thank you!

Try deleting one of the eyes and modifying it, then subtool master mirror it on an x axis that usually works for me.

If that doesn’t work you could try grouping the eyes together and rotate under the deformations tab.

IF those don’t work I would just modify them in Maya/3D Max (whatever you use) and reimport the objs, it’s more precise imo.

thanks! im going to try that.
