I want to know how to put UV master, Sub tool master and others plug-ins in zbrush 4. I downloaded the files in my computer, now I need to know how to insert them into zbrush…thanks.
Decompress them and put everything here:
C:\Program Files \Pixologic\ZBrush 4.0\ZStartup\ZPlugs
If you download the .pdf files from the same place that you got the plugins it tells you how to install and use them as well.

I was able to load all the plug-ins except Paint Stop, I did like the instructions said, but when I went to the Document palette (I guess that is the one on the top), there was not button bor paint stop
If you have installed correctly the PaintStop menu is towards the bottom of the Document palette:
