dynamesh I mean
scale your model larger, then dynamesh and you will get more resolution.
dynamesh resolution is dependent on scale. the larger the model the higher resolution dynamesh can give.
Check out the Dynamesh Master plugin:
It has lots of options, you can set the polycount, and it will scale your object automatically.
