Dynamic topology in ZBrush?

Will Pixologic be adding dynamic topology tessellation like in sculptris to ZBrush? It would have many benefits to a sculpt>retopologize workflow as well as creating local geometry density only where needed.

I imagine they will eventually merge the Sculptris tech into ZBrush, but I doubt that will be for awhile. Probably more of number change update if they do it, like ZBrush 5 or something.
