My Dynamesh doesn’t work anymore 
Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have a screenshot?
What about it doesn’t work? Is the button greyed out? Not there? Doesn’t work when clicked?
Thanks for your help but This is in fact partly resolved.
I brought Dynamesh 64 sphere from Lightbox.
Then I did try to dynamesh it at 512 K to raise the resolution; It didn’t work
As soon I made something with a brush on the sphere I’ve been able to dynamesh it again.
But this is weird for me.
Without making an action I could not dynamesh it.
A bug or a normal thing ?
totally normal. If you don’t make any changes to the mesh, then it doesn’t think it needs to update.
If you want to simply up the resolution you can just turn dynamesh off, up your resolution and then turn dynamesh back on.
