How can I do a dynamesh cartoon in low res. Every time I make it a dynamesh, it goes into high res, causing my fingers to weld together?

Off the top of my head, you have the dynamesh resolution nice and low? Blur off?
Try to increase the size of yout mesh i’ve already had the same issue, go in deformation>size , hope it work
