I have an low poly .obj imported from rhino i have split into some 600 subtool parts and because it is a mess and will not smooth very well i want to dynamesh them all…is there a way to dynamesh them all at one go? …or will i have to do it all manually.
you can merge all of your subtools together dynamesh that with groups turned on and then split it again.
This will probably crash zBrush though, but it is worth a try.
I had to pre-split in rhino… then autogrouped in zb,then dynameshed with the groups option just fine.

Seems zb cannot subtool -split something into around 999 pieces no matter what.
