couple ideas here, more to do with balance than style- feel free to ignore of course 
-his eyes/brow/nostrils could be a little more pronounced, they feel slightly inset
-the tendrils on the side of his face look fleshy, I don’t know if that’s the intent, but it feels like they could be bone and balance well with his horns
-the nose spear feels busy (lot of folds), it draws the eye to it. you might try treating it like one of the horns, or angling/smoothing it out a bit
-very minor, but a little asymmetry goes a long way, you might get in there and tweak some of the details/minor forms with symmetry off
