Dragon creature

So I painted up a background, reposed the dragon, and went ahead and comped it together. Maybe a little too saturated, any help would be great.

It is not too saturated, it is too specular

sorry but previous one was looking better then this…

Wicked Sunny, here is a render with less intense specularity. Still not too sure about the composite as a whole, but I’m glad I rendered in passes, makes this process easier to play around with. I might try an HDR render with the painting, we’ll see. Thanks for your input -Sub

Nice Background! Poor guy looks almost transparent… Something is going wrong there. Maybe to much environment reflection… If you have a channel like that. Almost there

It looks like you have fog turned on over the dragon.

And Edit: Your mountains are transaparent over your Back Ground.

The fog is just a Photoshop layer, I went ahead and swaped out the last image.

The picture looks a little funny because you have too may different colors. it’s too “busy”, if you want it to look more menacing take out the lighter colors and stick with the black / red / orange stuff, were if you want one of the more old school magical dragon **** give it lighter colors and a different background.
