there’s an error in the support control panel and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to start ZB 3.1 on my system (Vista 64 bit business) without this file.

Because he doesn’t have a license. If he did, he would just email tech support instead of bugging us.

Please submit a ticket at http://support.pixologic.com. Include your purchase information, and also describe the error that you’re having with ZBrush.
That particular file is protected because it is only necessary with very specific situations and can do more harm than good if used in the wrong situation. If your situation requires the file, we will provide you with the password to download it.
If for some reason you are unable to use the support site, please send an email to [email protected]. In that case, include the same information that I’ve asked for in the first paragraph here. But also include a description of what’s happening to you on the support site and which browser you’re running.
