When I load Zbrush 3.1 I see my latest projects starting to show up as icons on the ZTool select screen (opening screen that had the default humans, dog and rhino). How can I prevent this? I just want the default tools to be there, not the stuff I am working on.

Do not load the models from the startup screen. Doing so automatically writes them to the file.
You can remove them from the startup screen and return to the default by deleting the ZBrush3\ZStartup\ConfigFiles\StartupScript_RecentFiles.mem file.
Is it possible to load without the startup screen?
