So as the title suggests, I’ve been looking into getting zbrushcore. I used to use zbrush for work when it was on the computer there and really enjoyed using the sculpting features. (I primarily use box modeling with maya) Anyway I wanted to get zbrush Core cus it’s a fraction of the price BUT I read that it doesn’t have a retopology tool which doesn’t seem right. Can anyone confirm or deny? Thank you!
You read correctly.
The best way to understand ZBrushCore vs. ZBrush is that ZBrushCore is intended to be used as a stand-alone application. It therefore does not include any features that support a pipeline, such as retopology or UV support.
