Nice!

Thank you very much!

This is the color version with no makeup and different shirt. I’m goofing around finally feeling better from a fever and widened a bottleneck on the job and since I haven’t done any personal work in over a month I am really having fun with this one.

Wanted to try out displacement mapping technique for a long time, too long. Finally found some time. Thanks very much to Michalis and Mealea Ying for their tips! It currently feels a bit gooey but hopefully will get better

Welcome to the club.
Cool first tries.
The construction of these reliefs and baking is the most important part.b

Hi Michalis! I was just becoming aware of that with trial and error
How are you doing? Hope you had a nice start in 2014.

Btw I am not aware how to remove the texture (color) and not to loose the displacement for Zbrush renders, don’t know whether it is at all possible)

Cheers to you David!

Here are some more developments of the same subject, close ups of tents in the woman skyscraper.

Hey Santis! Thanks, glad you like it  I see myself taking this technique very very far, hopefully will find time.

Sketch of an idea: Heart simplified into a house.

Love the clothes pins… Really good displacement work , looks both mech and organic…

Hey! Thanks a lot

Here are ups on the house of heart. The idea behind this was to hopefully present an easy to understand diagram of the heart.
