distorted uv maps

Hello again. I am having problems with the uv master in zbrush R3. I have human model with spaces in the mouth and eye area. I know this sounds funny…but I noticed previously that if I capped the eye and mouth area then this distortion problem will go away. Is their another solution?

what do you mean by distortion?
I believe uvMaster is a LCM…or whatever the abbreviation is…anyway, other applications have a way to tell the unwrapper that there is a “hole” so it knows how to better unwrap the object. I don’t believe uvMaster has this.
