Distorted polypaint texture out of Zbrush?

Really stuck:

here’s what i got in zbrush (attached pic) and that’s how it looks exported… What am I doing wrong? The texture is very distorted! The model has 23 mil. active points, all layers are baked… What am I doing wrong?

The edge might just be feathered where the geometry meets in the crease. I think it would be hard to get crisp texture edges in there, unless you hide part of the geometry while painting.
