Displacement problem

Ok guys, i have a fish geometry made and uv-ed in modo. these are the files.

in modo :

in zbrush via GoZ :

In zbrush, i directly divide the geometry to lv6, and without displacing anything using any brush, i created the displacement map and normal map.

and i got a seam accross the face of the fish.

is this a built in problem in 3.2 or a UV problem caused by modo?

i have been having this problem since last week!!!
