displacement maps, zbrush to max. how ?

I made something in zbrush that i wanna transfer to max, so i know i need displacement maps because its high poly, but i am not sure how it works.

I lower the geometry all the way down, then i click on create displacement map (or smth similar), and it shows in the alphas, but i am not sure how to get all that to max ?

Do i need the obj file too ?

So how do i get the model to max please, with displacement maps ?
