Hi guys. I’ve been pulling my hair like crazy. I’ve tried making a 16 and 32 bit Displacement Map. I set it up in maya with all the expressions in alpha gain. I used the aproximation editor to subdivide my model. But When I apply the displacement all I get is a gigantic ball. Isnt 32 bit suppose to have the scale burned in? What Im doing wrong in Zbrush. All the information I can find uses the displacement exporter plugin witch is different from the new Multi map Exporter.
Help me Obi one Kenobi.
Have you ticked “Alpha is luminance” in the file node?
I seem to remember sometimes this isn’t on by default and can course a similiar issue??

Somehow its not registering my scale Correctly.

Solved it Looks like Z-brush 4 changed how it writes 32 bit displacements. Jut had to leave settings to default in maya and not mess with any expressions
