Displacement maps & 3dsmax

I have a problem generating displacment maps inside Zbrush.
I dont know what the problem is maybe you could help me.

This is my workflow:

  1. I created highres mesh with dynamesh function
  2. I used decimate master to create lowres mesh
  3. I used devide to get the highres details
  4. I polypainted some colors on
  5. I used UV master to autocreate uv maps.
  6. Clicked some options fo uv size and generated textures out of polypaint, at the high devide
  7. Displacemet maps at low devide.
  8. Export with goZ to max.
  9. Render in max with without touching anything

Im just tring to somehow get the detail from a high devide mesh into displacement map for use with lowres mesh.
I get something like shown on the folowing pics…

Plz help im going crazy…
