Displacement map Border Issues with ZB 4

Been noticing issues with several different models where the displacement maps generated in Zbrush4 have pixelated spots on some of the borders. For me it only happens on the edge of the texture UV regions in certain areas. So once i use them in Maya these white pixelated spots on the borders of course turn into spikes once maya translates the texture info.

Even though I use the same models, same UVs, same topology in ZB3.1 with NO issues here, somehow ZB4 gives me this on every model. Im a stickler for UVs being clean, as well as the seams being hid proberly and still I get these weird results. Im using the same displacement export settings, and border thickness(8). Ive had to work with time consuming fixes to deal with this which is a pain, even though ZBrush 4 is a nice upgrade and worth using other than this issue.

Really wish the new Zbrush kept the displacement settings (adf, autoADF factor, etc) and Zmapper for normal map creation.
