Displacement intensity level issue

Hi guys… I have a model with 14 udim layouts that needs to be exported with displacement map… I polygrouped the model with uv groups… then group split and exported displacement map by selecting each polgroups separately…

The problem I m facing now is… these textures are not blending… These displacement maps r in different gray scale level… when I loaded them all together in mari it looks as in different patches… I guess the intensity levels of each maps r different… ( Pls check the attachment ) I donno how to fix it… Could you please help me regarding this…

ZBrush adjusts the intensity for 16 bit displacement maps to make best use of the available range. To avoid this, use 32bit displacement. Alternatively, use the Mulit Map Exporter plugin ‘16bit Scale’ option. MME will also take care of overlapping UV tiles without you needing to split the model into separate subtools.
