Displacement errors - zBrush to Maya/vRay

Hi, I’m having trouble exporting displacement maps without errors.
The render looks a little off (specially in the ears, looks like it’s been wrinkled) and there’s some artifacts (black spots and a black line).
I’ve tried some tutorials workflows like this http://www.cggallery.com/tutorials/displacement/ and http://henningsanden.com/2013/02/27/zbrush-to-maya-displacement-map/ but still the same problems.
I’m using Maya 2017, vray 3.5 and zbrush 4R7p3
