He has a wonderfully lop-sided, goofy look about him. Looks great fun! Hope that was the intention of the model … I’m ever so sorry if he was meant to be fearsome and evil.
My main crit would be his top set of teeth. How would they be attached to his top jaw if he was a real animal? They are set so far on the outer edge of the jaw that they’d break off if he tried to eat anything. And you’ve let the tooth enamel colouring run into his flesh and vice versa. The best way to avoid that is to get nice clean edges to the different body parts at the lowest resolution levels, then use Ctrl+Shift+click to hide / reveal one bit at a time as you paint colour on.
Still very nice work, though!
