Dimensions

Hi
I am very new to ZBrush and in the stage of watching/reading tutorials.
However, something I still did not come across is the information on how to build an object to a certain dimensions.
I want to use ZBrush to create jewelry therefore I need to be able to do some measurements.
For example the total dimensions of an item, shank size, gemstone settings etc.
Is there any info on it? I am also Rhino user.
Thanks

This is probably about as close as you can get to currently having a ruler in zbrush:

You can calibrate it and have 1 unit equal whatever you want it to be. Maybe keep a hidden 1x1x1 cube subtool handy as well. That way you just have to keep the model proportional and the final scale of the thing can be set after or during exporting depending on what the model is for. The grid size might also be helpful.

Thanks for that
