different amount of polys in certain areas

hey all, im working on a model atm but is there a way to have more polys in areas say like the mouth eyes than their are on the top of the head and neck because im gona be exporting the model to a rendering engine and im using 10mill poly atm to create a good norm and diffuse texture so ill need to drop the subs down a bit but when i do that i have really obvious polys around the lips and eyes so thats why im asking

the decimation master will maximise your poly count for you. its in your plugins folder. there are videos on the web and zb website to show you how to use it. if you dont have zbrush 4.2 then youll either have to upgrade it which should be free… or you can download the plugin from the zb plugin page.
