- I have problem with my ZBrush.
- I bought two kind of licenses for my course i classic animation, one with a single user and one for ten users.
- Question number one: are the installationfiles different for the two kinds?
- I had not time to download the one of ten licenses in time and now I have just the installationfiles for the singel licens.
- Question number two: The school have a network and every student have its own account and they do not use the same computer every time. As I read on your homepage I understand as just one account can use ZBrush and that person must activate by himself. This is not useful, I have new students all the time. Have I got the wrong kind of licenses or how do I do?
- I had ZBrush activated on one computer and it worked for me, then another person logged on and was asked to activate, not good.
- Hope to get some useful information that make this work at a school.
Question 1: There is no difference in ZBrush itself. The difference is in the serial number. On a volume license the serial has enough activations for all the licenses purchased. On a single user lices, the serial number has enough activations for two concurrent installations.
You can use the same download for all installations.
Question 2: This is a known issue and will be corrected in the next update. There is no workaround for it. If you’re going to be changing users, deactivate the current user (using the deactivation option in the Zplugin palette in ZBrush) before logging in as the new user (who will then activate again).
